When something bothers you, you would keep thinking it over and over again. You would not consider that thinking too much is a problem for you. Maybe it is the way you are used to dealing with things. Maybe you do it unconsciously without knowing why. Thinking too much happens to you and me every day. No matter how old you are, you cannot get rid of it. That is why I would like to list all the reasons why you should stop thinking too much and be more positive.

You would create a list of all the possible events that could happen or go wrong. It is pretty instinctive for you to do that and you would do it over and over again.
  9. Thinking too much makes you say no to many chances and possibilities. It is just simply because you overthink and have predicted that you have no good but bad case scenarios.
  10. Thinking too much limits you to live in such a narrow way. It is detrimental and poisonous because It makes you shut down the door of hope and avoid taking part in any new things and people.
  11. Thinking too much lead you to lots of self-doubts. You would question yourself about everything including your look, your character, and your personality. You would worry about whatever you do. Then you would not take action at all.
  12. Thinking too much would make you feel that you’re useless in your life, relationship, job and etc.
  13. Thinking too much would make you feel down and you could not want to do anything at all.

The uncertain and unknown part of things makes you feel frustrated and anxious to take any action. It is not a good circle at all. Why do you want to put yourself in such a miserable situation?
